Primrose plays doomy electronic pop with heavy hints of early 90´s Bristol and tones of the cold Swedish winter.
For almost a decade three of the most restless and creative spirits in Malmö, Sweden, have been doing music and playing in a variety of different musical outfits. Magnus, Miranda and Jonas have previously played in projects and bands like Palmless, Black Temple, Lilium and Solar
The band started out during the last months of 2019. Releasing their first two singles ‘Moonlight’ and ‘Just The Way You Are’ early spring of 2021 - making people around Sweden drop their jaws in excitement. The next release is bound for mid-September 2021.
Exploring curiously through different expressions and variations within the electronic soundscape. Minimal and meditative Ableton ambiance mixed with gloomy pop-melodies that could shoot a spear through your heart. The breathtaking and vulnerable dreamy voice of Miranda truly makes this a very special band.
